Accounting for leasing companies

We offer accounting services for leasing companies (lessors). We serve Clients from cities such as Warsaw, Kraków, and Poznań. We provide accounting services for leasing companies in accordance with:

• the provisions of the Accounting Act,
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
• tax regulations,
• accounting policies and other internal regulations of the Client.

Accounting for leasing companies requires automated document circulation. We provide our Clients with a range of IT tools that streamline the flow of information and ensure real-time access to financial data, including:

• integration of the lessor’s contract management system (LEO) with the financial and accounting system Scala, allowing data export and automatic posting of purchase and sales operations; the Client has ongoing access to the current status of settlements with lessees,
• the e.figures electronic document circulation system – accounting without paper,
• manager panel enabling real-time insight into current financial data derived from accounting records, such as the balance sheet, profit and loss account, receivables and liabilities, and budget execution,
• the ability to create and share online reports tailored to the Client’s needs.

As part of the accounting services for leasing companies, we provide, among others:

• event recording structured according to the lessor’s needs (e.g., by contract numbers, vehicle registration numbers),
• settlement of lease agreements in PLN and other currencies (including verification of the accuracy of historical exchange rates assigned to individual contracts),
• issuance of interest notes and payment demands (automatically generated along with a dispatch list),
• support in settling lease agreements at their termination (buyouts, debt collection, assignments),
• identification of tax risks and tax calculation.

Our services are provided in Polish, English and German.
