We offer accounting services for Family Foundations. We serve clients from Warsaw, Kraków, Lublin, Gdańsk, and Poznań, among others. Our accounting for Family Foundations is conducted in accordance with:
- the provisions of the Accounting Act,
- the provisions of the Family Foundation Act,
- tax regulations,
- accounting policies and other internal regulations of the Family Foundation.
Accounting for Family Foundations requires the application of modern solutions that optimize document workflow. We provide our clients with a range of IT tools that streamline information flow and ensure real-time access to financial data, including:
- the e.figures electronic document circulation system – paperless accounting,
- Manager Panel, enabling real-time access to up-to-date financial data derived from accounting records, such as: balance sheet, profit and loss account, receivables and liabilities,
- the ability to create and share online reports tailored to the needs of the Family Foundation.
As part of our Family Foundation accounting services, we provide, among others:
- assistance in developing the necessary accounting policies,
- establishing an optimal chart of accounts so that the Family Foundation’s administrators can fulfill both its economic, business, and financial functions, as well as functions related to family development and support,
- preparation of an inventory of the Family Foundation’s assets based on accounting records and valuation of assets contributed to the Family Foundation,
- recording events in a structure tailored to the needs of the Family Foundation (e.g., distinguishing events resulting from business activity that exceeds the scope permitted by the Family Foundation Act),
- calculation of benefits due to each Family Foundation beneficiary for the completed financial year, based on the Foundation’s statute,
- identification of tax risks,
- tax calculation,
- support from tax advisors.
